Architecture and Design
Our in-house architectural and design staff will partner with you to custom design a facility that meets your
program needs, is within your budget, and provides the greatest return on investment. Preliminary design
services are conducted at no charge or obligation to the client. When necessary, 3D renderings and animations
are produced to see what the finished product will look like before construction begins.
Facility Construction
From start to finish, we manage all aspects of the construction process. Every UCB project, regardless of its size, is staffed with a full-time project designer, project manager, and site superintendent. This close monitoring combined with weekly client meetings ensures that no details go unnoticed. Safety and quality are paramount on every UCB project. All subcontractors are prequalified, only the best building materials are selected, and weekly safety and quality inspections are conducted to make sure that all phases of the construction meet UCB's strict standards.
